Mahindra Quantro Launched today :: Check the Price Range
Mahindra has confirmed that it will launch Quanto, which bloggers reported as "Mini Xylo" in india on 20th September, 2012. A compact MUV, multi-utility-vehicle, Mahindra Quanto will fall in sub 4 meter category, to save tax which government takes on cars longer than 4 meter. So it would be price relatively low.
Mahindra Quanto would come with 1.5 litre diesel engine, borrowed from Mahindra Renault Logan. Or may be Mahindra would have its own 3 cylinder, 1 or 1.2 litre engine which would be capable of producing 100bhp of power.

Mahindra Quanto might come in five seater or seven seater. It has borrowed spare wheel mounted on rear from bolero. Front grill would come from Mahindra Xylo. It looks good from design, and with lower price tag, it may see good days in India.
Premier Rio is another Mini SUV which has been launched and upgraded in last 3 years.
